Watts Machinery Company Overview
Watts Process Machinery, began in 1976 as Watts Specialties by Don Watts, a pioneer of the pipe cutting equipment industry. Don created the W-60 pipe coupon cutter, cam-arm pipe saddle/miter cutter, weld testing machines and grinding jigs. These machines quickly became popular and were put into production across the USA.

In 2001, Don sold Watts Specialties to Dave Collins (see Mgt photo). Dave developed a computerized pipe cutter along with the manual pipe cutters that made Watts a name in fabrication shops. In 2017, Dave Collins and Katie Collins opened a new company, Watts Process Machinery, and continues to manufacture and sell all of the smaller Watts Specialties manual cutters that started the company over 40 years ago.
